At Steady Hands, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
